Objective: To replace a desktop application written in Access with a Web based, SQL Server backed, application that runs the business.
Process: Assess needs and review existing app, incorporate additions and improvements, release, and integrate with public website.
Solution: A web-based application with separate workstations for different tasks. Allows for rigorous workflow management from quote to shipping and invoicing.

Objective: To create a feature-rich online community site.
Process: Identify features, flowchart process and navigation, coding, testing, and release.
Solution: A site with online chat, bulletin boards, alumni finder, and internal user mail and messaging. The site provides for detailed customization though an extensive profile and settings page, as well as configurable interfaces and chat room listings.


Knowledge Manager CRM
Objective: Use our specialties to improve the way we do business.
Process: Analyze the information we want to track and record, create screen layouts, and incorporate flexible code reuse.
Solution: This is an evolving CRM application. We use what we create since we could not expect a client to have faith in our abilities if we did not. This application handles everything from address book, to project management, to email, and storing general information. It is run on a secure server for protection of data, and allows us to handle our work flow better.


Fitch Product Finder
Objective: To create a client-maintainable application that allowed web visitors to easily find the right product for their application.
Process: Needs assessment, evaluate the data to be used, form a process florchart to understand how items would be found and what needs to be entered on the client side, implement, test, release.
Solution: The solution was healthy mix of features and ease of use to allow the client to enter information on their product and associate them to the right application. Further, this is just the first step in a commerce system on a secure server so those products can be purchased directly.
