Sales Rep / Lead Generators
Do you work with existing customers that may benefit from Ender Design's services? You can make
10% commission on closed sales. Depending on project requirements, this usually means at least $400
for you. We are looking for national and international reps to push our
business building / business optimizing abilities to firms and act as a front-line "face" to close
contracts.

Although our Web Site provides substantial information on what we can do, we will work to provide additional
ability specifications, technology listings, and other materials in electronic format that will help you understand
what we can do so you can better pitch our services. |

Forms, surveys, checklists, and process aids to assist during information gathering and transfer phase. |
|
Samples, demos, pitch presentations if necessary. Samples and demos presented in the portfolio are usually a good start.
Larger, more specific projects may benefit from a power point or web slide show. |

Phone / Email support. In most situation, asynchronous email support is sufficient to answer questions.
We would be happy to speak directly with the client to answer technical questions. Our work agreement with you
provisions that you still get the commission even if we close the deal. |

Provide you with checks. We will pay commissions on all projects with this customer for the first year. If
you are the one to pitch another project, that year is "reset" to the time the new project has sign-on. You will
be paid when we get paid. That is, when we get paid for the project, you will receive the commission. This usually
means you will receive 2-3 payments per project. |
As developers, we can also provide you with tools to help you manage your information. It may be
on line contact / call back lists, calendars and scheduling, or just an on-line notepad that
